The construction of the main building of the estate goes back to the 1550s. In more recent times it was converted to an elegant family home, maintaining the architectural integrity of the original building. Each house is self-sufficient with its own kitchen and dining areas both inside and outside. The two houses share a large parking lot, a 12x6 meter pool, and a small playground. Situated on a hilltop surrounded by olive trees just a ten minute drive from Pescia, the property enjoys splendid views both south and north.
