The construction of the main building of the estate goes back to the 1550s. In more recent times it was converted to an elegant family home, maintaining the architectural integrity of the original building. In the proximities you will also see other ancient buildings that once were barns and houses for the workers.

The property consists of two recently renovated old Tuscan farmhouses, "I Millefiori" and "La Bellavista", which are adjacent and rented out as one unit. Each house is self-sufficient with its own kitchen and dining areas both inside and outside. The two houses share a large parking lot, a 12x6 meter pool, and a small playground. Situated on a hilltop surrounded by olive trees just a ten minute drive from Pescia, the property enjoys splendid views both south and north.

The Apartment Casa Lucchese is on the ground floor, with the left-hand entrance featuring a rectangular lintel facing the garden. It is part of a six units farmhouse called 'Il Borghetto' (formerly a rural, rustic farmhouse from the 14th century) in the hills below the village of San Gennaro near Lucca.
