It is an apartment on the first floor of an old house in the center of Chapala, with independent entrance and exit, has its own bathroom, just behind the San Francisco Parish and very close to the Malecón. It does not have parking. We all park on the street, the area is safe. The entrance is self check-in with a code to gain access to the keys. The room is not luxurious, but has everything you need to rest. There is a COMMON kitchenette with everything you need to prepare some food.

The house was refurbished as a boutique hotel, with a capacity, in this first stage, of six private rooms with their full bathroom, swimming pool, sunbathing area, two terraces and patio as common areas that are shared with all guests and the family that lives and manages the place. Each room is rented individually, for two people and per night. If accompanied by another person, there is an extra charge for that person.
