Excellent SOUTH orientation, perfect for families with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor and a master suite (composed of 2 bedrooms), bathroom and toilet on the 2nd floor. Ideal for 6/8 people. Air conditioning in all rooms. Renovated in 2015 in a contemporary style, very nice services. 2 large terraces and superb unobstructed views. Cellar for bicycles suitcases, parking, possibility of renting in + the dock in front of marina!

Our villa, L'Héliade de l'Or, is of exotic and resolutely contemporary inspiration and is located in a very quiet area on the edge of a pine forest. It has a Balinese pool, a beautiful landscaped garden, a 40 m2 patio with plancha and a terrace upstairs that allows you to rest in the shade of a garden "nest". It is equipped with 4 beautiful bedrooms, each inspired by our different trips and 3 beautiful bathrooms. Rental from Sunday to Sunday in summer.

Former bulk carrier ship, from 1962, carrying cereals, the Péniche La Belle Aimée is now our place of residence all year round.
