Small functional house (80 m2) with terrace (40 m2) and garden. Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...). We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.
