The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Inglasat uterum förbinder stora stugan med gäststugan som innehåller 1 våningssäng och 1 1,4 m bred säng och helkaklad toalett med dusch. 75 m gångväg utan biltrafik till stranden. Laddstolpe för elbil finns och 4 st enkla cyklar att låna. Gasolgrill finns. Gästerna har med eget sänglinne och handdukar och städar vid avresa.
