Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

Peace and space in nature 1 - For young and old

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. This romantic country-style villa in the middle of the Eifel is detached in a wonderful garden of 4500 m² with an ancient tree population. The vacation home offers ample space for large families or small groups of up to 12 people on over 200 m². On 2 floors there are 1 kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and 5 bedrooms. A small wellness area with sauna and another bathroom are located in the basement. A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are all present.

Asian Garden - The vacation home with Asian flair.

On 400 square meters of living space, we rent out extraordinary rooms, almost all of which offer a beautiful view of the Asian garden. Our Japanese teahouse invites you to linger and a barbecue area can also be used. We offer a master bedroom with balcony, including guest room for three guests. The fireplace room is designed for four people and the terrace room for three people. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. We're thrilled you're visiting!

Our Landhaus Karbach is a high-quality renovated old manor house with two separate residential units. Our hunting villa can accommodate six people and our forest house can accommodate four people. The use of selected materials and tasteful furnishings give the house its extraordinary character. The Landhaus Karbach is in a completely secluded location, surrounded by forest and fields. A sauna and the large terrace with seating furniture invite you to relax.
