It has a 50 square meter living room with open kitchen and adjoining loggia (10 square meters), two bedrooms and two bathrooms (bathtub/ shower). Location: close to the city center and the train station (500 m each). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard, a car in the private parking lot (150 m).

Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Enjoy your time out in the Harz Nature Park in this stylish apartment in the monument Old Rectory. This apartment is very spacious and cozy in the old style. Relax in the conservatory or use your own garden with a fireplace. From the front door you can hike directly and explore the area.
