Since we only rent out the garden floor room of the villa, you will not have any other guests and the garden is for your use. There are restaurants, entertainment centers and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is 15 minutes away by car. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking

The main house has a big garden with flowers and it is a safe environment for kids to play.The house has a big sitting room connected to the fully functional and equiped kitchen (oven, fridge, coffee machine,sandwich toaster,juicer). There are 2 bedrooms with double beds,wardroabs. There is also a comfortable bathroom.The house has a big balcony with a beautiful view. A supermarket and a gasstation is closer by.

It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.
