The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The garden is fenced, parking is always available in front of the gate. There are hiking trails, a playground, swimming lakes and activities of the 'Bergisches Land’ nearby. The home is a place of rest and relaxation. Partys are not allowed. Bed linen from 4 nights included.

You are most welcome in our cozy half-timbered cottage "Refugium im Gitzental" near Siegburg/Cologne/Bonn. In a 10-minute walk through our village, along meadows with cows, alpacas and sheep, you will immerse yourself in the forest with the Wendbach and Wahnbach streams, which flow into the nearby Wahnbach reservoir. For those who want a retreat from everyday life and the usual to unwind. Various shops & restaurants: by car in 5 - 10 minutes.
