Welcome to Ängslyckan! The house has a large plot of land with an adjacent soccer field. 300 meters down to the jetty on Lake Mälaren. Glass-enclosed patio and large deck with seating area and sun lounger. The sun shines here all day. Next to the playpen is the playhouse with a 120-cm bed and toys. On the property, there is a swing for friends, as well as apple and cherry trees. Rowboat access in the summer for a lovely day on the lake. About 2–3 kilometers (1.2–1.9 miles) away is Sandviksbadet, which has a sandy beach. Approximately 20 km (12 miles) to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.

The 1812 wing building has been carefully restored to recreate the feeling of the building period with typical colors, textiles and furniture. 140 sqm are at your disposal. The antique details are combined with modern amenities. There is access to a large garden with outdoor furniture in the courtyard. From here, you can easily make excursions to Sörmland's range of culture and beautiful nature. We welcome adult guests and children over 12 years of age. Sheets & towels are included.

There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. You have access to your own apartment on the upper floor of the south wing building. There you have 3 rooms and a kitchen as well as a small patio near the accommodation. Hagbyholm Farm is a working farm. While you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, you live relatively close to activities, shops, shopping and restaurants. Welcome to stay on our property!

The accommodation is about 1 hour by car from Stockholm on beautiful Selaön, with proximity to both nature and rich wildlife. About 15 minutes away are both Strängnäs and Mariefred.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.
