The Voorhuis of our national monument farm has been renovated into a fully luxurious suite with its own facilities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. No less than 65 m2 with a private kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with free-standing bathtub. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option, at an additional cost, to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, you will be wonderfully.

Cozy bakery a stone's throw from the German forests

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €15 per person.

Unique estate in nature near Ootmarsum

In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of nature reserve the Springendal, just a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have access to one of the ten apartments that are fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old granary, you can have breakfast or lunch, and we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a locally special beer.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

This unique pool house is located in the heart of Borne. Here you can enjoy various wellness options. You can enjoy your tranquility in a wooded area. Borne city centre is also within walking distance. The pool house is 500 m2 and has a terrace of 250 m2, two bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, steam sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, rain shower, professional sunbed, laundry facilities, kitchen, refrigerator, spacious living room, gas and charcoal grill.

This 25 sqm one-room studio offers everything your heart desires. It was renovated in 2020 and offers a single bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is modernly designed. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Towels and linens are included. The main shopping street, the Vechtesee, the beautiful city park & numerous shopping are within walking distance.

In our guest house furnished with a lot of love, we warmly welcome our guests. The guest house has 2 single beds, which are located on an gallery. ( The beds can also be pushed together). There is room for more guests on a sofa bed. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and biking trails, you will find our nice guest house. Relax completely in this Nature pod, which is on a hill in the woods. You are surrounded by natural beauty and feel completely away from everything. Although it feels far away, the restaurant is close by, and in the warm summer months, you will be surrounded by campers. NOTE: The campsite is closed from October to April. In winter, it is completely free around you.
