Modern and luxurious apartment (65 m2) - completed in June 2023 - located on the Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen and 1 minute walking distance to the beach. Suitable for up to 4 people. Features a spacious living room with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, two king-size beds of 180x200 (one electric), modern bathroom, WiFi, outdoor shower, underfloor heating, washing and drying machine. Parking is possible in the parking lot "De Zuid" opposite the house. Dog's are welcome.

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

Beautiful garden suite with free parking

With pride and pleasure, I rent out a 2-person garden suite in my country house, separate from my house in Heemstede, including use of a private bathroom (completely renovated in Dec 2022). There is free parking on the premises and there is a private terrace. Heemstede Aerdenhout station is across the street where you can rent bicycles (max. 20 minutes cycling to Zandvoort, 10 minutes cycling to Haarlem!). 23 minutes by train to Amsterdam. Relax in this peaceful, stylish outdoor room.

Riverside House near city centre Haarlem

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.
