Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is lovingly decorated down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The peace and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away for a while!

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. De studio "De Noot" is compleet, sfeervol en luxe ingericht en bevindt zich in een landelijk gelegen woonboerderij, op de begane grond, aan de rand van de stad. Een fantastische plek om als uitvalsbasis te benutten, te werken of tot rust te komen. Er zijn 2 fietsen beschikbaar voor gasten. Openbaar vervoer is op loopafstand. Parkeren is gratis. Er is een groot groen erf met een boomgaard, weiland met poel (en meerdere bankjes), kippen, haan, schapen en een lieve hond (stabij).
