You can relax in the jacuzzi (heated), in a lush wooded park equipped with solariums and children's games. Perfect for your parties, seminars, or family vacations.

Large gîte, ideal for meeting with friends and family. Guests can enjoy its large 3600 m2 garden and relax in a deckchair, play a game of pétanque, entertain themselves with the many outdoor games or relax in the heated spa, heated swimming spa and private sauna. Out of respect for the neighborhood, the cottage is not suitable for noisy gatherings. The cottage is located between 20 minutes from Montargis and Gien, 1 hour from Orléans and 2 hours from Paris.

Stay in our rustic-style cottage, in harmony with nature. It includes 4 bedrooms, one of which is an enfilade, near a small pond (not fenced), on an active grain farm. Close to Rogny-les-Sept-Écluses and Briare, and 35 minutes from Guédelon. Bed linen not provided (linen package available on request, with a surcharge of €20 per bed to be paid via Airbnb). Damage and tobacco odors in the gîte will be charged. Bicycles available. No pets allowed
