２階建て一棟貸切、家族、友人のグループの旅行に最適。北千住駅から650m徒歩7分。商店街を抜けて、徒歩２～３分で花豆の宿に到着。駅ビルにはデパートもあり。買い物や食事に至便。商店街の近くですが建物は静かなエリアにあり夜はぐっすりお休みいただけます。交通便利、JR,地下鉄５本を利用可能。 JR常磐線、千代田線、つくばエクスプレス線、東京スカイツリーライン、東武線。荒川土手は散歩やジョギングに最適。荒川花火大会会場に近く、毎年花火をご覧になれます。 2階建て４部屋、シャワー室２、TOILET２。１階寝室二つ、シャワー室、トイレ、洗濯機を設置しております。２階寝室二つ、シャワー室、トイレ、ダイニングキッチン。 101室最大4人、102室最大2人、201室最大3人、202室最大４人。2022年和洋室改装和室穏やかな雰囲気。二階にテレビあり。お勧めは１０人前後から、最大人数１３名です。室内禁煙庭にゲスト専用な喫煙所あり。ごみ置き場あり。いつでもごみをすてられます。付近に銭湯やコインランドリーもあります。二つの駅から碳酸温泉竜泉寺，草加健康センター硫酸温泉をお勧めします。
