Our small new wooden house is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Europe, on the largely natural island of Ada Bojana. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The furnishings are of high quality, selected with love, everything is as ecological as possible without plastic, the textiles are made of cotton. Our soul space is for those seeking peace, nature lovers, and appreciators. The area is a "quiet zone." No parties or loud noises are allowed!

This is a charming private apartment in one of the oldest buildings of Ulcinj and a part of town history with an extraordinary sea view. This self-catering accommodation features free WiFi, 2 bedrooms, 1 living kitchen, bathroom and 3 balcony’s. Apartment is located on the beach and on the boulevard with a lot of restaurants, shops and music bars! Between 01/06-01/10 there is a VERY LOUD music in a bars next to apartment from 10:00pm until 01:00am (PARTY AREA)! Payed parking 6 euro/24 hours.
