During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Fantastischer, unverbauter Bergblick, Natur und wohltuende Ruhe erwarten dich hier. Ab und zu schauen Füchse, Gämsen, Hirsche und Hasen im Garten vorbei – ein Paradies für Naturliebhaber! Bei uns gibt es keinen Fernseher – wer fernsehen will, muss einfach aus dem Fenster schauen, dort läuft eindeutig das beste Programm. Dafür gibt es freies WLAN. In unserem Dorf, mit gerade einmal 282 Einwohnern, herrscht noch eine Bilderbuchidylle, wie man sie sonst nur aus Geschichten und Heimatfilmen kennt.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
