So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2 room basement apartment (kitchen-living room with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location of the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the Bavarian Alps. We built this log cabin with a lot of love for detail as this is our profession. The log house is close to our carpentry and small agriculture and is located in the middle of the village, attention not on a mountain or on an alpine pasture. From your window, you can occasionally watch a new log cabin being prepared. Here you can experience country life up close!
