The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

The beautiful holiday apartment "Steinernes Meer" is located in Maria Alm in sole location at the organic farm Mitterstegengut in the region Hochkönig near some of the most popular ski slopes in the area. The apartment on the 2nd floor offers a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dish washer, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom as well as an additional toilet. It can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and cable TV.

In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

The apartment is located only about 1.5 km from the center of Maria Alm and the entrance to the Hochkönig ski area and is also easily accessible by bus. The countless excursion destinations in the region will make your holiday a real experience.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. 

A farm vacation in the mountains ❤

Our holiday apartment is located in our farmhouse, it has a kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Almdorf is located between Saalfelden and Maria Alm and is a small beautiful farming village. We have, among other things, parking spaces for campers, a nature shop and from our milk we make delicious cream cheese.
