Newly renovated basement apartment with private entrance; perfect for couples and singles! Here is a spacious entrance, a beautiful kitchen with oven, half induction hob, fridge/freezer and general kitchenware. Cozy living room with sofa bed and TV corner. Bedroom with double bed (can be divided into two), dresser and clothes rack. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A small room with dining area. Wood-look tiles in all rooms. We are a family of 4 upstairs, which can occasionally be heard. Free parking on the street and in the driveway.

Cozy and new home for the family, couple or friends in the new and popular district of Aarhus Ø. The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

Velkommen hjem! Lejligheden ligger i "Isbjerget", her bor du tæt på centrum (5 min i bil/1,5 km) af den jyske hovedstad Aarhus – populært betegnet som verdens mindste storby. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Bright holiday apartment - 84 meters above sea level!

The apartment is located at the east end of a beautiful farmhouse from 1874 with large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge - all overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the courtyard around a large old lime tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.

Your home away from home in the middle of Aarhus within walking distance of almost anything: Beach, picnic in the forest, culture, shopping or public transport (bus, train and ferry)! Easy access to ground floor flat. Newly renovated with respect for the 120 years old house. We'll make a special effort to ensure that you'll have a perfect stay here. Beautiful newly renovated holiday apartment located in the basement level. The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.
