Our lovely house is perfect base for family on a trip. Here you are close to the beach and Aarhus. Trains and buses run twice an hour, and you are in the city center in less than 30 minutes. The house is located in quiet surroundings with several lakes and green areas for the walks. You will be staying at the end of a dead end road surrounded by a lovely garden with several terraces, cozy shelters, trampoline and a huge pool for the water dogs. Barbecue, garden furniture and fire pit for cozy summer evenings. A summer vacation in a lovely setting.

In addition, there is a 90x200 mattress if you want an extra sleeping space. The property is located 20 meters from the bus with connection directly to Aarhus city center. In addition, it is only 50 meters to the Light Rail that takes you into the center of Aarhus on 12 minutes. 5 km to beach and forest. The house is smoke-free inside but you can bring a dog.

Our new swim spa offers something for everyone—whether relaxing in the hot tub or swimming in the pool, it’s perfect for family time and relaxation. 300 m. to forest, 3 km to beach, water activities, cultural attractions. Djurs Sommerland and Legoland nearby, making it an ideal base for a fun and relaxing vacation.

The house is located in Aarhus suburb Brabrand, overlooking the lake and pool in the backyard. From the house there is easy access to scenic area with lake and forest, shopping in Aarhus and the beach about 15 minutes by car. The lovely garden has plenty of charm and cozy covered terraces and small nooks for relaxing. Read a book while the kids bathe in the pool or behind pizza in the pizza oven. Please note that a couple live on the lower floor of the house, who have access to the garden.

I haven har vi et anneks på 19 km2 med sovepladser. Vi har bålfad og grill til fri afbenyttelse. Pool 7.000l Huset ligger i et roligt område med en lille skov for enden af vores vej. Kun 20 min kørsel fra Aarhus C, køreafstand til LEGOLAND, Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park, Scandinavian dyrepark mm.

Amazing nature and great views with great condition and cozy boat harbor. Have an unforgettable vacation. Please bring your own bed linen, towels, dish towels, and dish cloths.

Stor flot nyrenoveret villa med etableret have. Masser af plads (336 m2. ) Letbanen er ca. 250 m fra huset (hvor der også er indkøbsmuligheder og bager) og tager dig direkte ind til hovedbanegården i Aarhus på 15 min. Huset er meget niveauopdelt og egner sig derfor ikke til gangbesværede eller helt små børn. Der er dog mulighed for afspærring af trapper til overetagen. Vi lejer kun huset ud når vi selv er bortrejste.

Dette er vores unikke bolig. Her kan man finde ro! Vi håber I vil føle jer lige så godt tilpas her som vi gør. Og dermed vil passe godt på vores hjem. Man kan gå til centrum på 45 min eller køre dertil på 10 min. Vi er genbo til Marselisborg slot og den smukke Mindeparken. Havet er vores baghave og 10 min gåtur herfra. Der er mange shopping muligheder i området, herunder gourmet mad butikker.

Small private terrace in the front, where you can see the water and enjoy the life in the small cozy street. Nearby there are plenty of places to eat in all price ranges.
