The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, and there is direct access through the living room to the terrace, which has morning and evening sun. Paid parking in front of the apartment complex, or possibility of free parking at Trøjborg (about 10 min walk)
