We love our little waterfront retreat. Here, a holiday atmosphere prevails year-round with views of the water with boats, kayaks, SUP and bathers in summer and winter. For us, it is the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via the swimming bridge. At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theater, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The apartment is on 2 floors with a private entrance and views of the bay and Ris Skoven.

Here you live in the middle of the city center, the forest and the water. Frederiksbjerg is filled with delicious restaurants, shopping and specialty stores. You are close to cultural institutions, such as Musikhuset, Aros, Moesgaard and Marselisborgslot, and the shopping center Bruunsgalleri is 5 minutes away. 3 bedroom apartment of 82 m2. Has a nice south-facing balcony. There is a double bed, as well as two very good spring mattresses, which can be placed in each room for the night.
