Completely redone by an interior designer, it has beautiful floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The living room has been completely redone and updated photos are in progress. It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

3 rooms 83 m2 combining old and modern, completely renovated in the hyper center of Lyon, on the peninsula, in the Ainay district, ideally located between Place Bellecour and Perrache train station, at the foot of the Ampère metro. Our accommodation is ideally located, close to Parc de la Tête d'Or (4-minute walk), Presqu'île (10-minute walk), public transport (2-minute walk to Masséna metro station), 15-minute walk to Part-Dieu train station. Many nearby businesses. The apartment was completely renovated during the summer of 2016 (double glazing, parquet, security door).
