The apartment has its own entrance, everything is on the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped. Right outside the front door, many hiking trails start to the Kirchberghäuschen, Fürstenlager. Parking is available right in yard.

The vacation home is located in Scheuergasse, one of the most beautiful streets in the Bergstraße region. Scheuergasse is a traffic-calmed area and largely car-free. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance. Within a radius of only 100 m, there is a bakery, several restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a kiosk. Supermarkets, a bike shop, the Sparkasse and much more can be reached comfortably on foot in 5 minutes.
