Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not located in a vacation park and has its own entrance to the Tilweg. In 2018, it was completely renovated and furnished with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best thing is that it is in the middle of the trees. All the freedom on our own 1100m2 property! From the cottage you can walk into the woods in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an extra cost, you can relax and unwind

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The Landscape

In this luxurious spacious home, you will experience rural life at its best! With a magnificent view over the countryside in the characteristic landscape of the Frisian Forests, it is wonderful to relax. Even from your bed, you can enjoy the great views and a beautiful sunrise. Who knows, you might spot deer, cows, birds and hares in the meadow. Enjoy the alpacas in the yard. The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Welcome to our unique tiny house, hidden in a private forest on the outskirts of the charming Frisian village of Noordwolde. This modern accommodation is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Our guest house is located in a beautiful spot on the Hondsrug. Here you are surrounded by nature: ancient woods, sandy paths, rolling fields, squirrels, deer and a wide variety of birds. Within walking distance of the cozy Gieten with delicious fresh bread or a Gieterkoek at the bakery. Here you will find the supermarket and nice restaurants. By bike, you can reach the Drenthe state forests with the beautiful Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad and centuries-old dolmens.
