A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

Během grilování v podvečer osvítí západní sluníčko terasu před naším domečkem, kdy uplatní své gastronomické dovednosti nejeden gurmán.

Apartmány nesou jména našich milovaných babiček. Každý z nich vás přivítá svým jedinečným duchem, tvořeným kombinací nových i starších designových kousků, které jsme zdědili po našich předcích. Prostor Marie je menší ale plnohodnotně vybavený. Jeho formální strohost je v duchu skandinávského designu - dřevo, čisté linie a promyšlenost každého centimetru. Je vhodný na kratší pobyty, pro jednu až dvě osoby. Je umístěn v zahradě za domem majitelů se samostatným vstupem ze dvora.

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
