The apartment is very central, also easily accessible by public transport. Many ski resorts and hiking routes are close. Chur the oldest city in Switzerland is 15 minutes away. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine.
