In the middle of nature lies the small holiday village of Barendorf. Everyone who is looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-overflowing beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

Village school meets country house style This charming house was built in 1920 as a village school. We took it over at the beginning of 2025 and have since lovingly transformed five holiday apartments into stylish retreats – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and rest. We have waived TVs and invite you to arrive at your own place: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Comfort apartment close to the beach to feel good

Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

The house "Lieblingsplatz" is part of a small ensemble of 4 vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

The lovingly furnished thatched roof house "Drei Möwen" offers sea views and a large garden with wooden terrace, beach chair, hammock, fireplace and sauna with Rainshower shower. Both bedrooms are fitted with one double bed each. In one bedroom, the lounge lounger can be pulled out to the bed. The natural, flat Baltic Sea beach with playground and beach bar is within minutes walking distance.

Romantic getaway for two right by the sea. Our apartment on the 10th floor of the Hansatower with a wide view over Lübeck Bay. There is no more sea! High-quality furnishings. In complete silence you can enjoy the expanse, with access to the beach right outside the front door and all possibilities for excursions and bike tours into the nature of Holstein Switzerland and the surrounding cities.
