Authentic romantic house in quiet village

Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

Het mooie schone badstrand is bereikbaar op 500 meter vanaf de woning. De woning is goed geïsoleerd voor een comfortabel verblijf gedurende het gehele jaar. U kunt in Westkapelle en omliggende dorpen veel activiteiten ondernemen, zoals vissen, surfen en shoppen. De omliggende dorpen zijn goed bereikbaar met de fiets net als de steden Middelburg en Vlissingen.

Guests enjoying cooking will be happy with the well equipped kitchen. This Swedish style wooden house is build separate from the owners house with separate entrance and a large private parking space. Cozy comfortable holiday home in the core of Meliskerke with lots of privacy and space. Our holiday home has a bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor and extra wide doors. We have been renting out for 6 years, this is our experience: our holiday home is best suited for couples who come for the area and/or peace and quiet. Or families with 1, 2 or 3 (young) children. Children then have plenty of space to play in the garden. A total of 4 beds, with the possibility of adding a camping bed.

With private entrance and private key, the Guest House has all the amenities for 2 to max.4 people. Detached holiday home on the waterfront.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected with the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand 5 (min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Cozy towns in Zeeland are also not too far away. The city of Rotterdam popular for tourists is only 25 minutes by car.
