The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

Für die regnerischen Tage gibts einen großen Flat TV mit Smart TV für umfangreiche Möglichkeiten .

Von hier aus lässt sich die wunderschöne Moselregion bestens erkunden - sei es zu Fuß über den bekannten "Moselsteig", mit dem E-Bike von einem idyllischen Moseldorf zum nächsten oder mit dem Motorrad entlang der vielen Moselschleifen oder auch über die kurvigen Bergstrecken Richtung Eifel oder Hunsrück. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Surrounded by vineyards with beautiful hiking trails and magnificent viewpoints, you can easily relax here. Our winery is located in the beautiful district of Kaimt not far from the Moselle riverbank. We rent our rooms from 2 to 4 people. 2 double rooms each with shower/toilet, Set of bed linens and towels.

The apartment on the 2nd floor has been completely renovated and has a kitchen with dining area, a living room with pull-out sofa and smart TV, a bedroom with wardrobe and double bed (200 × 200) and a bathroom. Bikes can be parked in a lockable garage. Parking is available on the Moselle river bank. There are restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. Grocery stores are 10 minutes away by car.
