Central apartment at top floor

Attractive apartment located very-first on Amager in classical redbrick property from 1924. Here you live centrally and with everything at your fingertips including within walking distance of Christianshavn Torv / Metro Station. (approximately 600 meters) The apartment: Beautiful and welcoming hall with access to all rooms. Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom with granite floor and white wall tiles. Bright living room with beautiful hardwood floors. An almost equally large bedroom facing the courtyard. You live on the top floor, get a little exercise by walking up to the fifth floor (or sixth if you are from the US). Please note there's no lift and 97 stairs from street level to the flat. There are plenty of shops, takeaways and coffee places in the area The apartment is easy to reach by public transportation: When arriving with train it's a 12-13 min busride with 5A og 2A from the central station. When arriving from the airport the traveltime to my apartment is around 17 min. Take the Metro and the jump of at 'Amagerbro St.' From there it's a 600 m walk.

City center, luxury and charm for 2 people.

Charming luxury city apartment for a couple (1 double bed) in old property (grocery store) from the 20th century, just opposite the old Municipal Hospital, which is now a university. There is a private entrance under a small tree, jars and a coffee-latte bench in front. It is a quiet, sunny, one-way street, looking down to the lakes at one end of the street and the Botanical Garden's greenhouse at the other end of the street. 2 min. to Stantsmuseum for art, large park Østeranlæg. 4 min. walk to Nørreport station/metro.

The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. Delicious topfloor penthouse-style duplex/ apartment in two levels, modern art and stylish danish design furnitures, undisturbed large privat sunny roof-terrace. Central location between the main train station and airport, very easy to get around with public transportation or using the 2 bicycles. Also quite close to the Amager Beach (no. 54 on the wolds best beaches I 2024, see the map in the photos). Flexibel check in and out times. Free public parking in the street for 3 days (need apply).

Cozy one bedroom studio apartment with private entrance. Bright, airy room of 30 m2 up to kip with exposed beams and spacious entrance with wardrobe. Private toilet and bathroom. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Kitchenette with service, fridge ( no freezer), small combi oven and electric kettle. Parking right outside the door. Small garden table with two chairs between flower pots and afternoon and evening sun. The house is located on the main street of Sorø in a 40 km/h zone

Perfect location on Vesterbro one stop from the main train station. Enghave Plads and Meatpacking are only a few minutes away with cafés, restaurants, culture and shopping, yet the apartment is completely quiet. Ideal and spacious for people who wish to experience the less touristy Copenhagen.
