Our house is a traditional stone house in Zarakes, a picturesque old village on the south of island Evia. It has a nice garden surrounded by a beautiful nature. There are a lot of nice routes to walk and the agean sea is only 5 km away. Our house is situated on a beautiful and peaceful site with impressive view at the old village. The village centre is 5 minutes walk away, and has a well-stocked Mini-Market, a pharmacy, bakeries and coffee shop, and tavernas. O Kipos offers easy access to beautiful beaches on both the Aegean and Attica coast. Zarakes Beach, with its celebrated taverna, is a 10 minute drive away.

It is in a ravine, stone-built, in a traditional settlement, with a lot of vegetation in a ravine. The nature around is untouched with various kinds of trees and wild vegetation. It has 2 seas within 5 km with beautiful beaches for swimming (Fyrniako and Almyropotamos). Generally, the house is offered for lovers of tranquility and nature. It is very suitable for hiking in nature. At 300 meters is the new village with tavernas, cafeteria, pharmacy, bakery and small supermarket.

The house is located in the small Aegean village of Agii Apostoli, in Evia, just 120 km from Athens by car — no ferry needed. It is built in a panoramic position above the sea, overlooking the Aegean and the coastline. At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

On the island of Euboea is the picturesque village of Styra. At the upper edge of the village is our vacation home from where you have a wonderful view of the sea. The house with its 100 m² and approx. 130-year-old walls, we renovated from scratch in 2021. On the small, shady terrace, you can start the day with a nice breakfast. From the roof terrace you then have the view of the village, sea and the mountain in the background – ideal for the sundowner.

Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!
