The Villa is located 30 meters from the sea, accessible through a private entrance, in a residential complex, far from the chaos and confusion. The Villa consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed, a wooden kitchen, a bathroom and an outdoor garden with wooden porch, where you will find a corner equipped with deckchairs and sofas to immerse yourself in complete relaxation. Indoor parking for two cars, outdoor shower and laundry. Services such as restaurant, supermarket, butcher shop, fruit shop etc... are all within walking distance, about 200 meters. Through the beach you can easily reach the campsite which is only 100 metres away, where you will find entertainment and music for the whole family. The wide beach will guarantee you privacy and tranquility in the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Circeo. My place is close to the center of Le Forna where you can find shops of any kind, bars, restaurants, a pharmaceutical dispensary, post offices. Just about 10 minutes from the three most beautiful coves (Natural Pools, Cala Dell 'Acqua, Caletta) and all within walking distance, not far from Cala Feola beach and the rocky but actionable Cala Fonte. NB: at the moment Cala Fonte is closed due to the collapse of a rock wall! But visible from the sea at a distraction of 50m from the coast to admire it!!

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
