Pleasant independent T2 cosy and located between countryside and sea. New 38 m2 apartment rented out in 2022. Perfectly equipped enjoy a relaxing accommodation. No smoking allowed It is located in a village where you will find a caterer, bakery, tobacco bar and 2 pizzeria. In the village of La Jarrie, only 3 km away, all local shops will be at your disposal (API 24/24 Intermarché supermarket, Pharmacy, doctors, petrol station...)
