Criquetot-sur-Ouville is in the center of a Rouen-Dieppe-Le Havre triangle, the 3 cities are 30 minutes away. The first beach is only 20 minutes away. The old caretaker's house has become the cottage of the little castle. Surrounded by a farmhouse (beech-ash-oak on embankment), it is nestled away from view. You will have a great time relaxing in this quiet and relaxing place. You will also be close to all amenities: supermarkets, shops, cinema, golf, tennis, swimming pool...
