It is located on our property next to our residential building, but has its own patio and feels like a separate home. Here you live in a quiet place close to nature, with restaurants 3–4 km away, a grocery store 1.8 km away, and Karlskrona 25 minutes away by car or 20 minutes by boat, which runs several times a day. Ideal if you're looking for tranquility, nature and proximity to the ocean.
