Our house is centrally and quietly located in a recreational park that borders the Westhoek nature reserve. Hiking trails through nature reserves and a large network of signposted cycling routes along the coast and in the hinterland. Veurne, Ypres and Bruges are not far away for a day trip. You can enjoy the facilities of the park: swimming pool in the summer, playgrounds, soccer field, tennis courts. Plopsaland at 1 km, the French border at 1 km, on foot through the nature reserve at 2.5 km to the sea.

Akkerland is a stylish and cosy holiday home for leisure and business travellers who value peace and a homely atmosphere. The house offers 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and accommodates 4 adults (extendable up to 6). An additional walk‑in shower is available on the ground floor. The infrared sauna is included. The heated outdoor pool with swim spa and jacuzzi is optional, available from spring to Halloween, price on request, to be arranged at least 7 days before check‑in.

Landhuis Eikenburg is een wederopbouwhoeve (na 1ste WO) met overaccentuering van verschillende bouwelementen uit die tijd. Deze zorgen voor een unieke sfeer, samen met de rustige omgeving tussen de akkerlanden bij Ieper. Een ideale uitvalbasis voor jong en oud voor leuke, ontspannende of misschien leerrijke uitstapjes te maken. Het verwarmd overloop biopool (van april t.e.m september) en Dutchtub (tijdens de winter/voorjaar) geven extra beleving om te genieten.

De dichte ligging van de Belgische kust en toeristische steden zoals Brugge zijn enorme troeven. De vakantiewoning met zonneterras ligt volledig apart tussen de velden zonder enige inkijk van buren.

The renovated cowshed is the ideal place to relax in nature, to telecommute on location - with a view - or to discover the area by bike or on foot. Beautiful Bruges and the coast are only 10 and 15 kilometers away. We are happy to share our swimming pool with our guests, subject to some consultation! (May-Sept)
