Enjoy this authentic three bedroom, two bathroom penthouse unit that covers the entire top floor of a low rise apartment building. This unit has all the amenities you could ask for: large kitchen to prepare food; a separate dining room with a chandelier to enjoy an evening meal; large living room for entertainment or to sit and chat; and in-suite laundry. Did I forget to mention the unique and amazing sunken bathtub to enjoy a good soak? Speaking of the main bathroom, it has two vanities. WOW

Keyless electronic lock You will have the bathroom, kitchen, living and bedroom all to yourself There are shampoo and body wash for you to use in the bathroom. Kitchen contains items like fridge, cook top(no range), coffee maker, kettle, microvave and toas in the kitchen. Bus stop is near the house (1min walk) 4 minutes drive to Parkland mall. There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.
