Clareton Farm Cottage is a self-catered, quiet holiday cottage located in the grounds of our home, with a high level of luxury, nestled in a tranquil & rural location. On the outskirts of the village of Coneythorpe, it is in a very accessible location, 8 miles from Harrogate and 15 miles from York. Containing 2 double bedrooms, we can sleep up to 4 guests very comfortably, full of features to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Dogs are very welcome but we charge £20 per dog for their stay.

Converted stable in the middle of the woods. Very private and simple with no electricity or shower. Perfect for people looking for a break from society. There is a tatty old caravan you are welcome to stay in as well with a double bed. Great location for biking, hiking and star gazing. Your neighbours will be emus who are curious and beautiful creatures. There is no public transport or shops nearby. There is a compost toilet and a tap with cold drinking water. Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

Conveniently located for the railway station, the city centre and York Racecourse.
