Nice country home very close to St Brieuc

Laissez-vous séduire par notre charmante maison en Bretagne accessible de plain-pied dans un quartier calme et paisible tout près de ST BRIEUC. Vous pouvez stationner votre véhicule juste devant la maison. Parfait pour quatre personnes maximum Rien que pour vous, sans vis-à-vis Pelouse fermée pour les enfants, barbecue. Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

You'll love my place because of the calm and rural environment. My place is perfect for a couple plus a child or two and solo travelers. Fully equipped. Located between Lamballe and St. Brieuc, just 19 km from Val André and 14 km from the medieval city of Moncontour, among the most beautiful villages. The village is liven up by a bakery, grocery store, bar restaurant, nurse's office and two hairdressers. A hypermarket is a 5-minute drive.
