🌸Pretty farmhouse located in a beautiful rural setting, facing its private pond (fishing allowed), in the Perche Regional Park. ☀️The house is an old farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated, with all the comforts for spending a few quiet days with family or friends: board games, fireplace, raclette grill, barbecue, etc. 🍒No neighbors and 5 minutes from local farms, the supermarket, a tennis court, a pétanque court, the bakery, and even the gas station!

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

Nestled in the hollow of a river, in the Perche, near hiking trails and castles, our cottage is ideal for a relaxing weekend: after visiting the region by bike, on foot or by car, you can relax in the spa, enjoy "light therapy" to the sound of soft music, contemplate nature. Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.

Le Fournil de Bussard (Bussard Bakery)

Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.

The Champs Picards

Welcome to "Champs Picards" where your hosts Karine and Fabrice will welcome you to this spacious and comfortable cottage (150 m²). You will have a large yard to park your vehicle (shared with the owners) and a private terrace. This cottage, according to guests, is "a peaceful retreat" ideal for family stays, reunions with friends, and also for professionals (fiber-optic Internet and Wi-Fi). No pets are allowed.

For a stay or a stopover for work, you will have all the comforts in this accommodation, which has been updated to the taste of the day at the family farm. There are two double beds and a sofa bed rather suitable for children. Sheets, towels (only for the 2 double beds) and tea towels provided. Facilities: Nespresso coffee machine; filter coffee machine; toaster; kettle; dishwasher; washing machine; hairdryer.
