As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

This beautiful apartment is centrally locatedin downtown. You can enjoy the best views of town and overlooking the water in Yelapa with air conditioned. The location is close to the restaurants, grocery stores, 7 minutes from the waterfall, beach inmediately below. The main space of the open floor plan over looks the bay of Yelapa, where you can relax in the hammocke and enjoy the breeze of the ocean. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffee maker and cookware.

Yelapa is a rural village surrounded by vegetation and in the rainy season there are power outages for periods of hours.

Garcia Rentals Yelapa: Las Brisas del Sol with AC

The Casita Brisas del Sol is a very comfortable and relaxing space located on the beach. You practically go down the stairs and you're there. Beautiful views of the river and sunsets. It has a very spacious room plus 2 small beds to have a small rest or also sleep there. It is suitable for only 3 people, either a couple and a teenager or three friends. The space is not shared with anyone, only those who rent it.

It has a king size bed and is ideal for couples (and even an additional child). Located less than a 5-minute walk from the beach and El Pueblo. Close to restaurants, shops, cafes and El Pueblo pier. Come and relax in this little piece of paradise.

Casa Luna-at the water's edge

Casa Luna, our romantic getaway, has a hanging queen-size bed upstairs with a spectacular view of the ocean. There is also a sitting area and a hammock built for two. Downstairs, there is a stationary queen-size bed and a twin bed/couch. Luna has a fully equipped kitchen with a view that looks out to the ocean. The stove is a four burner, sorry no oven.
