Very nice renovated townhouse with sea view

Very stylish and renovated townhouse with lovely lake views. The house has a perfectly located just 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Spain. The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms with AC, 3 toilets, 2 patios as well as 2 balconies. The house is located in a private gated community with extensive green areas, 4 magnificent pools, tennis courts and nice gardens. Alicante is only a 15 minute drive away and 10 minutes from the airport. 2 minutes walk to nice restaurants.

The house consists of a spacious and bright living room with a pellet stove, 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a patio and two magnificent terraces on the top floor where you can enjoy the tranquility of the space. Renovated house, located on a pedestrian street 500 meters from the beach, in a very quiet and very central area with all amenities within walking distance. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, 1 with its own bathroom and 1 with a single bed, 1 ironing room. A porch and a large terrace. Air conditioning in the living room. The house has a large terrace, a backyard, and a porch in front of the house that make summer nights unforgettable.
