Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Deze omgeving heeft voor ieder iets, van lange zandstranden tot natuurgebieden en restaurants en barretjes genoeg! Het appartement beschikt over 2 slaap- en badkamers en nog een bank die als slaapbank kan worden gebruikt. Het balkon beschikt over een prachtig uitzicht waar u optimaal genieten van de Spaanse zon. Het heeft een lift tot de 3e verdieping maar daarna zijn er nog wel trappen.
