The decoration is simple, the beds are comfortable, 2 of the rooms overlook the courtyard of about 100 m2 in which you can organize your breakfasts, lunches and dinners, the 3rd room overlooks a street without traffic making it a quiet area. The house is located in the historic center of Xàtiva, a few meters from the birthplace of AlejandroVI (Borgia). 5 minutes from the Basilica Santa Maria (La Seu) and the old Royal Hospital, 6 minutes from the Plaça del Mercat leisure area.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and new this year is a raised decking area by the pool with glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.
