We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid, guarded car park nearby, and parking by the building (in the "centre" paid zone). For those who come by car but don't plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option of renting a space in our garage (it's located about 800 m from the apartment and costs an additional PLN 70/24h). Stylish interiors, finished with attention to detail, ensure a comfortable stay. Despite its central location in the centre, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Close to the train and bus stations, the MTP trade fair is a 15-minute walk away, the Old Brewery is just a 10-minute walk away, and the Old Market Square is 20 minutes away. There is a car park in an enclosed area available to guests.

In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

The place is not a home for birthday PARTIES. Lusowo is a space that allows you to relax with a good book and play with children in a specially prepared place. Outside, you'll find a garden with a spacious terrace. There is a nice playground for children on the property. There is a lake with a beautiful beach 2 km away. You can get to the beach on foot, by bike, or by car. A place to stay and relax for the family. We recommend a comfortable home for employees of COMPANIES that have projects in the area.
