Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.

Welcome to The Nook, our two-bedroom self-catering cottage in the peaceful village of East Ferry. The Nook backs onto vast, stunning farmlands. There are miles of beautiful woodlands just a short drive away for countryside walks. The Nook is about rest and relaxation for couples and families. Leave feeling like you have recharged your batteries. As a courtesy to our neighbors, no adult groups are accepted. The property boasts two bedrooms, a private hot tub, and your own cinema room.

Cottage offers kitchen with a fridge which has a small freezer section, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking accessories, tea & coffee, dining table & chairs for four. Living area with comfortable seating & TV. Bedroom has a king size bed, space for single bed (upon request) and space for a cot (cots not provided). Bathroom with walk in shower & separate bath. With one of road free parking so no need to worry if visiting loved ones at the hospital or out for a day at the races. Directly opposite the Hospital you have the Cumberland public house which serves great food and has a large beer garden.
