Our accommodation, separate from our house is converted in to a stylish yet functional overnight for professionals or a base for a weekend get away. Our views extend over sprawling grassland and our own garden plus in the summer the village cricket makes the perfect sound to help enjoy a gin and tonic. Separate private garden and plenty of parking.

The Loft @ Burghfield - Self Contained Annexe

The Loft @ Burghfield is a hotel style self-contained one bedroomed annexe with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

Self Contained Annex

My place is close to public transport (Bramley train station), the fantastic countryside of Watership Down and the Roman ruins of Silchester. Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

Little Barber

Little Barber is a cosy and comfortable retreat for anyone wishing to get away for a relaxing stay in the countryside. Set amid Bucklebury Common, a Site of Special Scientific Interests (SSSI) and one of the largest commons in Berkshire it's a popular destination for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. We have a gastro pub and a cafe just a 15 minute stroll away. Easy access to M4/A34. Oxford, 30miles. London 52 miles away. Parking for two cars. Pet friendly. Enclosed Patio.

Cosy and stylish wedding guest stopover spot

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Easy access to local wedding venue Wasing Estate, The Old Mill, Ufton Court, The Old Rectory and Silchester Farm. If you're looking for a comfy and quiet place to rest your head after a wedding then this is ideal. Equally if you need somewhere to stop off as your passing through then this would work really well. It's 2mins walk from The Hinds Head pub and there's lots of cycle routes and walking nearby and along the local canal.

Private double bedroom and en-suite bathroom

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

A wonderful, welcoming barn conversion in an excellent location on the Hampshire / Berkshire border. Exposed beams provide a lovely rustic feel in the large, light and open plan living space. Kitchen has 2 induction hobs and microwave and a mini fridge. Cooking utensils available in the well stocked kitchen. Reliable wifi, large digital flatscreen TV and Sonos music system. Twin beds in a homely bedroom with separate shower room.

Garden Cottage..pretty countryside location

Our cottage is in a great little hamlet in Berkshire and is the perfect location for walking and exploring the countryside and the towns of Newbury and Reading.The cottage itself is open plan and is very light and airy with a modern mediterranean feel to it. It has two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is perfect for a quiet getaway or a busy shopping spree!
