A newly renovated sweet apartment. This is located on the first floor of our house with a completely separate unit and entrance. We do live upstairs. There are granite countertops and the kitchen is equipped for guests to create special meals during their stay. New floors are accenting this warm space. There is one queen bed in a separate bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. You will probably hear noise from upstairs. The furnace and water pump are in the bathroom and can be noisy.

This custom build apartment is located just 10 minutes from I91. In the winter you are 30 minutes away from some of the best skiing around. Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. We have a first-floor,two-room suite with its own entrance in our home, located on an official Vermont Scenic Highway, in the middle of the Green Mountains. The suite has a large sitting room with a kitchenette; a bedroom with queen bed and A/C; and bathroom with tub/shower. NOTE: We have a second, larger unit in our home called "Two-Bedroom Apartment in the Green Mountains".
